Noble Wrist Co. wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
  • Return Process: Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. We will instruct you on how to proceed.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
  • Return Shipping: Unless due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges may be offered depending on product availability.

Warranty Policy

We offer warranty protection against manufacturing defects on applicable products.

  • Warranty coverage varies by product and is indicated on the product page.
  • If a defect is discovered within the warranty period, contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
  • After confirmation, we will provide repair, replacement, or refund based on product condition.

Please note that normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage is not covered under warranty.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet entered processing status.

To cancel your order, contact our support email as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
